International Riding Camp - New York Summer Riding Camp

Our riding camp offers three hours a day of riding instruction, but sometimes that's not enough for our campers. You can spend additional time with the horses, learning stable management under the supervision of our riding staff.

Our heated swimming pool and water skiing is under the supervision of a Red Cross certified lifeguard and water safety instructor so you can take swimming lessons or just splash in the water safely.

I made a new best friend in the first hour of camp!

We started at camp 6 years ago on little ponies
and now we jump everything!

We get to do fun projects in arts and crafts.

If I follow my instructor's form I can get my serve in
on the first stroke too.

7:30 am	Breakfast
8:00 am	Room inspection
8:45 am	Riding lesson for 1 1/2 hours
10:30 am	Choice of other activites: water skiing, tennis, swimming, stable management, arts and crafts and pottery
12:30 pm	Lunch
1:00 pm	Rest period
2:00 pm	Second riding lesson for 1 1/2 hours
3:45 - 5:15 pm	Choice of other activites: water skiing, tennis, swimming, stable management, arts and crafts, and pottery
6:30 pm	Dinner
7:30 pm	Evening Activities
10:00 pm	Lights Out

Daily Activities

Learning to waterski is a real thrill.

There is something different to do every night. Activities may include movies, plays, bowling, rollerskating or group games.

Enrollment
There is a maximum of 45 campers in any session. About half of the campers come from the New York metropolitan area; the rest come from across the United States, Europe and South America.
